Hapro Atlas appointed as ‘Best Buy' in independent Dutch field test

‘A very fine bike carrier with an attractive price tag'

With proud we received the information that our Hapro Atlas bike carrier is appointed as ‘Best Buy' in a field test of the Dutch national consumer association for car drivers. A critical an independent team tested six different types of bike carriers for the Association Magazines Toeractief and KCK. The products were tested on: tower hook connection, mounting of the bike and the stability and comfort while driving. The experts rated the value for money as excellent, which gave the stylish bike carrier the earned title: Best Buy. An appreciated compliment to our chosen strategy of good value for money.

Compliments for mounting system and driving

The user friendly and safe mounting system of the Hapro Atlas was confirmed by the test panel: "Assembly is easy: put the carrier on the tower hook, pull the safety bar and it is firmly stuck". The next simple step is placing the bike in the adjustable wheel rails with straps, shows the field test. Furthermore, the experts of the Dutch association were very pleased with the stability and comfort while driving with the loaded carrier: "Due to the short frame terminals the bikes stay practically motionless on the carrier. This results in a very stable drive". The Haro Atlas showed its capacity in an alternate route with obstacles and bumpy roads.
